However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Why No Returns?
As our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns for the safety and hygiene of all customers. Once opened or shipped, spices and pickles cannot be resold or reused, and accepting returns could compromise quality and safety standards.
